Research

The UFSC Curitibanos Campus has 15 research groups registered in the Brazilian CNPq Research Group Directory, working in the areas of Agricultural Sciences, Agriculture, Forest Resources and Forest Engineering, Biological Sciences, Ecology, Botanics, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science and Environmental Sciences.

In addition, more than 100 research projects are developed by faculty members of the School of Rural Sciences and the Graduate Programs in Agricultural and Natural Ecosystems (PPGEAN) and Conventional and Integrative Veterinary Medicine (PPGMVCI).
